Being sedentary has become “normal” as our modern jobs require sitting at desk, clicking mouse buttons, and tapping on keyboards. Our modern transport means and most of our leisure activities also contribute to a lack of movement.

But lack of movement is the enemy n. 1 of your physical and mental wellbeing: with more than 600 skeleton muscles we are genetically programmed to move and if our habits have changed our body genes did not!

A sedentary life has an impact on your breathing, internal organs, muscles, skeleton, and brain, so no matter your health and physical abilities, ReActive Coaching will show you how to stay active!

Stress is part of our modern lives and as such it is not always a bad thing. “Positive” stress improves energy and performance, gives a feeling of excitement and motivation, increases creativity and focus.

Stress becomes our enemy when it is prolonged and when your body experiences stressors with such frequency or intensity that the autonomic nervous system does not have an adequate chance to activate the relaxation response on a regular basis.

We are built to handle acute stress, which is a short-lived normal biological response, but not chronic stress, which is steady over a long period of time and will impact your physical and mental health.
